Grace Loughery is a co-founder of Locked In Studio with a lifelong passion for fitness, athletics, and community. As a former D1 lacrosse player and U.S. Naval Academy graduate, Grace believes in the power of discipline, consistency, and showing up for yourself and others. Through Locked In, she hopes to build a community that inspires people to challenge themselves, grow stronger, and stay committed to their goals.
